We hope you have a TeaLeafic experience with your purchase, and enjoy the tea as much as we do. Currently all sales are final and we do not offer returns, exchange or refund on loose leaf tea products. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us and let us know the reason.

Incomplete, Wrong or Damage  
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your order is incomplete, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
